Error Code 13215 Urgent

We notice that users in China could not attend meeting, the Error Code 13215, while other countries go well. Please Zoom resolve it. We payed the money but you do not provide the service.  Please get back to me the solution ASAP.

First make the following settings:

1. Settings > Meeting > Security > Approve or block entry for users from specific countries/regions - add China as allowed.

2. Meetings > Options > show > Approve or block entry to users from specific regions/countries  - add China as allowed for the specific Meeting.

I cannot find the security to allow the China. And, are you saying all China user must have VPN?
