Error 103008 in app using webcam video

Hello,

 

I am getting an error 103008 when trying to join a meeting using my webcam for video.  The meeting just crashes out with error 103008.  If I disable the video from the camera while still using the camera microphone I can get in a meeting just fine.  Video and audio from the webcam work fine in other apps.    Webcam is a Depstech 1080p.  Any help is appreciated.

 

The same webcam used to work fine with previous versions of Zoom.  The issue didn't start until an update in mid-November.  I am on the current version, which I tried uninstalling/reinstalling again today.
