Erro with Launching Meeting

Hi!

I am trying to launch my meeting, but when I click "Open Zoom Meeting", it says we in my status that I am "In a Meeting". I have tried to quit zoom and even restarted my computer and I still keep having the same problem. I will get a pop up window asking if I want to leave the other meeting, but when I click "Leave Now" nothing happens.

I tried on another computer and had no issue.

Hi @Kayla_DiDonato! As the host, can you please go to https://zoom.us/meeting#/upcoming and try to end your meeting from the web portal? Also, suggest attempting to sign out of the Zoom client itself if you're able to end the meeting from the web portal and sign back in.
