Hi everyone

I run a health care clinic and I'd like to add a zoom link to a form. 

ex: When a client books a virtual appoint. they will receive forms to fill out prior to their appoint. I would like to add a zoom link to the form, so that when the time comes they just need to click the link.

Im not sure how to do this,??  granted i am still in the trail platform for zoom. so maybe that's why I don't see how to do it ??
