Hi- I am in US and take guitar lessons with a teacher in UK. He records the lessons for me. He uses a windows computer(I believe) and I use my Ipad pro (updated) and though I have checked enable original sound for musicians both in and out of a meeting my teacher CAN NOT hear my guitar. We can speak to each other but as soon as I play he says my guitar cannot be heard. I can see and hear his guitar. I take my lesson in a quiet room. He says I am the only student he has this issue with!
i tried taking a lesson on my patio and when i played the recording some of the sound cut off intermittently.
Please help!

Hello there,
I'm sorry for the late response.
It's possible that the noise suppression on your device is turned on.
You can try the following.
1. right click on the taskbar sound icon > select "Sound Settings" > More Sound Settings > right click on the currently used microphone device > Properties > switch to the "Enhancements" tab > uncheck "Noise Suppression ".
2. Right click on the taskbar sound icon > select "Sound Settings" > More Sound Settings > switch to the "Communications" tab > check "Do nothing" >Apply >ok.
Please let us know if this helps or if you need further assistance.

Had same issue. Not caused by Zoom settings. Resolved by modifying sound settings on my laptop. Unfortunately, I can't remember exactly what settings. Problem had to do with default settings in Windows 11 (changed from Windos 10) that override Zoom settings.
