Enabling gallery view for breakout rooms and saving them for recurring meetings

I am facing an issue that every time host has to be present for enabling the breakout rooms.Can we enable the gallery view of breakout rooms and saving them for recurring meetings so that when host is not available in the meeting, still the rooms will be shown on the screen and people can choose on their own.

I would suggest pre-assigning breakout rooms before the meeting and then assigning an alternative host or someone to open the breakout rooms during the meeting.
