On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Enabling Zoom Co-hosts

I can't allocate co-hosts.  There are a number of articles on here with how to enable co-host but I think the system has changed since they were written and I can't find it - I've done random searching but can't see it - could anyone help?

Co-hosts must first be enabled in the web portal. Once that is done the host can then select the context sensitive menu for any participant on the participant list and make them a co-host.

Hi Storyhub, thanks for replying.  I know that co-hosting has to be enabled but, as I say above, I cannot find where the button is.  There are questions and answers on here about it, but I assume that Zoom has changed its layout since these were answered because they don't seem to make sense with the new system.  I have looked through a number of times and simply cannot find it.  Do you know where it is?

Thanks Storyhub, I know that co-hosts need to be enabled in the web portal but I cannot find the button that enables them.  As I say above, there are some directions from previous queries on here but the button seems to have moved since these were written.  Where is it?
