On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Emails Never Get To Invitees

Every time I set up a meeting and add the invitees to zoom no one ever gets them. Do we need to add a DNS record or something in our domains that allows the emails to be sent from Zoom?

It's very frustrating to constantly be told nothing is in junk folder and I never received an email.

Using Mac Air M1 latest version of OS and latest version of Zoom. This has been ongoing for 5 years. I feel if I'm going to have to pay for this it should work.

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @stefsterNYC.

We need more info if we’re going to help you here. How are you scheduling, and where are you putting email addresses?
