Editing a functional re-occuring meeting parameters

I started a reoccuring mtg during COVID that is no longer showing up in my 'Meetings" tab under my pro account. However it is still occuring and I'm immediately connected to the meeting, show as the Host, by just entering the meeting number/no pswd. Everyone else has to put in password. How can I technically extend the reoccurring date so that it shows up again in my account under Meetings, and not just in previous meetings? Parameters need to be changed due to zoom bombers/mtg security updates.

Log into your Zoom portal as the admin and look under Meetings/Previous. You should find the meeting series there. Just edit the last instance of the meeting with new dates.

I noticed that in editing a meeting, you can set an end date years ahead, yet the editor limits the number of occurrencies to 50 automatically.  From the day of this 50th meeting, ZOOM does not show the next scheduled meetings anymore. You need to edit again and set a new starting date for the next 50 occurrencies.  A colleague doesn't seem to have this problem. Do I miss something? can this be avoided? Thank you !
