Editing Zoom recording via text (like Descript)

I have some Zoom meeting recordings and would like to take small parts from each recording.

 

Is it possible to edit a text file for the video to obtain video for that text?

 

This can be done with Descript but I'm not sure if it can be done with Zoom.

If you checked "Optimize the recording for 3rd party video editor" under settings >recording > cloud recording then the file can be used in any appropriate editing software. However, Zoom is not a video editing tool.
