Edit audio transcript in cloud recording

I'm trying to go in and make small edits to the live transcription of recorded content. Per the Help Center, I should be seeing the text of the transcript displays on the right-hand side of the video, but I'm only able to see the video, or view the .vtt file separately. If anyone knows a work around to enable edits to the closed captioning that would be extremely helpful. Thanks!
