Ease Attendance Integration

Hi @608130 I have trouble integrating the Zoom account with the Ease Attendance. I don't what the problem is. "You cannot authorize Ease Attendance."  What to do to integrate to track my participant's attendance.

Hi - I hope that you are Doing good !!

Double check that you have set up Ease Attendance correctly and followed all the necessary steps to sync with your Zoom account
Also the Zoom account has the necessary permissions to allow for third party integrations like Ease Attendance.

Some Zoom accounts may have restrictions or policies that do not allow external applications
