During presentation with screen sharing; my audio is not being picked up by a web application

I use airpods when I have zoom presentations - I share my screen and also my sound.  When presenting to a group I use my company website to demonstrate the product. The software responds and records your audio. When presenting in the past week or so the web application has not been picking up my audio. The presenters can hear me fine and I can hear them but the web application I am using is not picking up my audio.

 

I then tried it out on members of my team and it worked fine. I uninstalled, reinstalled and updated zoom. Restarted my computer. Tested it out on family (outside my org) and it worked fine. But then it continues not to work during presentations with customers.

 

I'm at a loss for trouble shooting. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated!
