Dual Monitors - How to show the speaker's camera on the 2nd monitor when sharing a presentation?

When I use Dual Monitors and a Powerpoint presentation is shared, the small image of the speaker's camera is not visible on the top right. Is there any way to turn on the camera on the 2nd monitor, besides manually dragging the window from the 1st monitor? Thank you.
