I have a regular meeting that consistently drops the connection multiple times during the meeting. My internet connection is stable. I have several other meetings with other people and don't have this issue, only with this particular other user. We have tried it with them hosting and with me hosting, and the result is always the same. What can I do to resolve this issue?

Internet connections vary with time, connection method, and CPU/GPU power. Try connecting using different devices such as mobile device, tablet, PC, Apple TV, MAC. If this is a one-on-one connection try screen sharing a video as a test. Remember that one-on-one connections use higher bandwidth.

I've had a similar issue before. Turned out it was caused by conflicting VPN setups on both ends. If either of you uses a VPN, try disabling it during the call and see if it improves the connection.

hi @cassilyn24
Internet connections for both parties to a zoom meeting play a part.
Perhaps, this particular other user does not have a good internet connection. If the user is connecting to zoom using wifi, try connecting using a wired connection to the router.
Other possibilities include a pc maxed out as to cpu and memory. Try closing other programs not needed during a zoom meeting.
Zoom provides some testing features and some best practices.

I have a similar issue. When using my new Windows OS work computer with my Netgear router/modem, I routinely have issues with "Internet is Unstable", as often as 8 times in an hour, that includes delays and freezing. (There are also meetings that I can go a full hour without any freezing.) I also have a Mac computer. When I switch to the Mac I never have the problem, even if it's in the middle of a meeting when I switch over.
