Hello,

I am trying to download zoom on my macbook air. Every time I download the app, it does not open and says problem report for zoom.us. Please advise.

I have the same problem. I was able to download the file that is needed for the installation but when I start to click the Installation, it always says "Installation failed". I've tried everything, rebooting my device, everything apple service asked me to do but still the same. How can I fix this problem?
