Downloading phone call reports

Added question to Zoom Meetings, but it's a Zoom Phone question. It is unclear how to download calling reports for my team. ie who they have called, how long they were on the call etc. I have admin access. Would be grateful if somebody could give me a step-by-step on how to do this.
