How do I download a meeting chat after the meeting has ended and session closed?

Hey @Jermaine, unfortunately, if you didn't do one of the following either before or during the meeting

  • Auto-saving chat
  • Saving chat to the Zoom cloud
  • Default chat save location on computer
  • Saving chat manually

If so, great! You can check out the Saving in-meeting chat KB article. However, if the chat wasn't saved anywhere there is no way of retrieving the in-meeting chat.
