Does workplace pro plan allow alternative hosts for meetings

Sorry for the basic question, I've been searching on zoom for an hour and can't find the answer. We need a package to include co-host or alternative host and wondering if the workplace pro covers this as it's a lot cheaper than the webinar package. We don't need all the fancy stuff in the webinar package and up to 100 participants would be more than adequate. Thanks.

How do you license a user in the same account? I have added their email and it will not go through. Can you help with this?

Are you not sure how to add a user to your account, or how to license someone?  To add the user, you would need to be able to go to the User Management menu, click 'Add User' and enter their email address.  This will send them an email that they need to accept.

To license them, first you need to have enough licenses.  If you do not, you can purchase a license by going to https://zoom.us/billing/contactus and requesting additional licenses on your account.  Once you have them, in the User Management screen, you would click on the Edit button next to the user you want to assign a license and change their profile to 'Licensed'.

I have the same problem. I've paid for additional licenses, added the users, and the person still was unable to start a meeting.
