Does Zoom allow users to create meeting which can be edited by other users in our company?

When we subscribed to Zoom we thought that any one of our users would be able to create a Zoom meeting for our organization that we all would be able to see / edit when we log into Zoom as Zoom users in our organization?

It appears that is not the case, and you can only create personal meetings which cannot be seen /edited by our other Zoom users within your plan?

Any thoughts most welcome!
