Difficulties downloading files through conference chat

The question concerns the Zoom mobile app. During a conference, the organizer sent several documents to the chat for uploading. When clicking on a document, a green check mark appeared in the document status, which could look like "successfully uploaded". After the conference ended, it turned out that the documents were not uploaded to my mobile device. How can I find out where these files are and how to upload the files correctly through the conference chat?

    Once the meeting ends the chat is closed and the link to the document is gone. You would need to have the organizer send you a link to download the document.
