Dial in not working for iPhone, keypad inputs not registering for meeting ID

When calling in to a zoom meeting, it is not registering the inputs from my keypad for meeting ID. It only accepts 2-3 digits and says the meeting is invalid.

Using IPhone SE 2020. Tried multiple times for multiple meetings. Sometimes will take it after 5-6 tries. I’ve tried turning phone off & on. Using OneTouch dial in. Accessing the meeting off & on wifi. 

please assist.
