Desktop app crashing when i open with the Error Code 10008 "Unable to install updates"

Please help me to fix the problem. 

Error Code 10008 "Unable to install updates"

I can open my account from the webbrowser and it is working on my phone

Welcome to the Zoom Community! We're glad to have you here.

To resolve this issue, we recommend uninstalling the desktop app, rebooting the device, and then reinstalling the Zoom app.

  1. Open the Zoom desktop application.
  2. At the top of the screen, click zoom.us, then click Uninstall Zoom.
  3. Click OK to confirm uninstalling the Zoom desktop application and its components.
    The Zoom desktop app will be uninstalled. 
  4. In the top-left corner of the desktop window, click the Apple icon 
     
     and click Restart.
    Follow the on-screen prompts to reboot the device.
  5. Download and reinstall the Zoom app from the Download Center.
