Dell C2423H Monitor - Camera Showing Black

I'm not confident I will receive a response, (looking at similar discussions I see 0 activity and responses) however, we are using Dell C2423H 24 inch Conferencing Monitors. I've had nothing but trouble supporting these devices on Zoom. My biggest issue, as of late, is the camera seemingly locking up on zoom; no image will be displayed! I've updated my Dell firmware on the monitor to no avail; this is correlated with zoom as I have no issues on Microsoft Teams. Any sort of help or feedback is appreciated.
