Dell AIO 7480/90 model computers speaker sound gobble

We are using Dell AIO 7480/90 model computers. We have been having a problem with the sound from the internal speakers. The sound is choppy and gobble. Our tech department has updated all the sound drivers and downloaded the latest Zoom client. This only happens on Zoom. We have tested it with other applications and it works with MS Teams.  There are many PCs having this issue.
