Deleting cloud recordings

I'm trying to delete some of my recorded meetings to free up space in the cloud. I click delete and then nothing happens. See screenshot.

    Hi @EricaE,

     

    Please try to access the Zoom web portal using an incognito or private browser and then follow these instructions on how to delete the cloud recording: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360048488451-Deleting-local-or-cloud-recordings#h_01EG720HYPHBAE63671593P74B

     

    Try it out and let me know if that helps!
