Delay option for sending invites to participants?

Is there a way to delay sending the invite to participants until a certain date and time? I want to create multiple invites for zoom mtgs for the following week. I want them to receive the invite the morning of the meeting so it does not get buried in their inbox. Is this possible within Zoom or do I have to copy the invite to an external email provider such as gmail or outlook to achieve this?  Thank you

Not aware of this being possible with any of the major meeting clients out there. Are you not worried that folks may put something else on their calendar so they may be double booked? Would love to know about your use case directly if you don't mind.

I meet with individual mostly retired prospects by Zoom as many are not local. That said, many do not keep a 'calendar' electronically anymore. I have found that if they receive the Zoom invite the day before or the morning of, it gets buried in their inbox. They call and I have to re-send it. I also send an appointment reminder a couple of days in advance with a response request.

I was hoping that Zoom had a feature, similar to gmail or outlook, that allows you to compose an email but select a delay send and specify when you want it to go. I find this very useful when I want to send out my appointment reminders. I can compose a reminder for the next weeks scheduled appointments and have them sent out at a specified future time. No one gets missed that way.

You could copy the Zoom invite to an external email provider at the desired day and time. If you want to send reminders automatically there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you send the link to participants one hour and one day before the meeting to ensure it is at the top of their inbox when it is time to join the meeting.
