Delay in letting attendee in from waiting room

I recently scheduled a meeting and had logged on waiting in the room. I had an email to say the attendee was in the waiting room but it was a full 3 minutes before I got the notification on screen to let them in. Anyone else had this or know how to prevent it?Thanks

I wish I knew!  I conduct multiple meetings daily using Zoom, and this happens pretty much every time.  Most of my appointments are interviews, as I'm a recruiter.   Most people are already anxious joining an interview, and the delay just adds to their stress level.

 

I'd love to know any solutions/suggestions.  Did you ever find any?
