Hi,
I broadcast a Church Service via Zoom using a video camera plugged into a Windows 11 laptop (HDMI to USB). All works sort of OK. But a big problem is Original Sound.
The system used to remember to leave Original Sound in its previous (on) state. But now it always defaults to the Original Sound=Off. No problem, I hear you say, just switch it On every time. I Do. Until I don't. Every once in a while I forget and the service is broadcast and recorded with unusable sound. The spoken word is barely listenable and the singing is broken up and awful.
Is there any way to force Original Sound=ON as the default please?
I have seen one comment elsewhere about a registry setting. But the registry tree it talks about is not present on my machine. So I'm guessing that must be windows 10.
Once I have that solved , I'll need to fix the very low resolution of the recording. Nothing I do seems to address that. As presenter, I always use HD mode for my image and can't control other people.
Thanks
