I am wondering how to customize my zoom link to me more personal.

In order to customize your Zoom link, you will need to be on the business plan.

Hi, thank you for responding. I believe I am on the Pro Plan but I just checked and Business isn't that much more so I will probably upgrade just to have that capability. H

Wow, disappointing - not a very 'small business friendly' policy, how do we get that changed? Not every business has 10 users, and seems like a simple feature to offer to small business.

To prevent mis-use, I suspect that having some minimum limit would be needed, given the millions of users out there, many of whom are probably 1-user per account.

You can certainly put in a Feature Request for "Allow Pro accounts to have Customized URLs".

You could always take the approach of "it never hurts to ask", and put in a Support Ticket requesting the ability to create a Custom URL:
