Creating a meeting

Hello,

I would like advice on creating a meeting at a certain time but the only options are 15 minutes before and after.

Can I create it for one of the assigned times and everyone will be late, or should I make it for later and everyone gets in early?

Hope you understand what I'm trying to ask.

Welcome to the Zoom Community! Glad to see you here.

It would be better to schedule it in advance and have everyone early in the waiting room.
If you want to schedule the meeting in a specific time, you can go to your Zoom Workplace's Home Page.
From there click on Schedule and your preferred time.
