We are wanting to create a meeting where we have 3 "vendors" promoting their services. We will invite attendees and then have the "vendor" present for 15 minutes and then leave the meeting. Then the next vendor will present and so on. The vendors will not be able to stay on after they present. What is the best way to do this via zoom.

Hello @CarrieP,
Welcome to the Zoom Community! We're glad to have you here.
You can use a single Zoom Meeting with the Waiting Room enabled, allowing the host to control when each vendor enters and leaves. Vendors are admitted individually from the waiting room when it’s their scheduled turn to present.

Will this allow "attendees" to get in without having to be in the waiting room?

@CarrieP --- You could also look into a subscription to Zoom Events or Zoom Webinars (depending on your exact needs for attendees). It will let attendees in, but you can control who is "backstage" and bring them in and out. Ask your Account Executive for a demo and pricing.

I think both of those maybe a little overboard for what we want to do. We would like the audience to be able to join immediately, but have the "vendors" in a room so we can let them in when we are ready and then they can leave afterwards so we can let the next vendor into the meeting.
