Do you mean signing in as a host or joining a meeting?

The account has one sign in. The first person to sign in gets host rights. However, the second person to use the same sign in gets the right to take host control back or remain as a co-host.

The meeting ID can have the passcode changed before each session if so desired.

Clarifying my question.  Can one arrange to have more than one meeting id for the same meeting?  Thus permitting one class of seminar attendees to have a single meeting id for use with a whole series of seminars.  Then other attendees only attending a single session,  to have a unique separate meeting id.
