Created Zoom meeting with Outlook Calendar and it's not appearing in my Zoom Upcoming Meetings.

This comes down to the integration between Zoom and Outlook. Zoom provides a robust API but it's up to the third party platform to build a directional sync. There is a Zoom app, Salepager, that can be used for scheduling Zoom meetings that appear in both Outlook Calendar and Zoom Upcoming meetings.
