Create a meeting not possible

Hello, 

Since few days, it is not possible to create new meetings on my desktop Zoom account. Is there an update or something to do ? It works with the app on my phone. Thank you your help

Hi @Bri , Anything because when I would use the button "plan a meeting", there is any access, a white sheet with a circle is turning around.

I don't understand because I can see my account and all of the meetings already planned.
