Crazy Flashing Screen

When I get on a meeting, my screen starts to flash like crazy. I have to turn the camera off. What can I do to resolve this issue. Please Help...

    I noticed this on a few of my church members' cameras as well - I had them run updates for their desktop versions of Zoom, as well as their operating systems, and restart their computers. That did the trick for all three.

      I have tried to run updates it doesn't work for me what am I doing wrong?

      Sorry, @Joemoney75 - have you tried to run updates for your computer/device? Or only for Zoom?

        Hi @AwesomeGod 

         

        In the Zoom desktop app, go to your profile icon in the upper right corner of the application (*you must be already signed into the app). Look for the item 4th from the bottom:
