Couldn't join scheduled Zoom meeting via computer or telephone.

We had a scheduled Zoom meeting this morning.  Several participants including host were able to participate but others were not allowed.  Everyone had the same information to join meeting.  This will be a recurring meeting and we need to resolve this issue.
