Could you please help me recover the recording

Good morning
On October 6, 2024, we held an autism conference. I activated the record button. When I check my email I do not have access to the video. Could you please help me recover the recording?

    There could be a few reasons why the cloud recording is not available. Please see the following articles which could address your concern:
