I use two zoom accounts: one is personal and the other is a library account to teach ESL which is under library employee name.
Last night, I joined a meeting but had forgotten to sign out of the library account. As a result, the librarian and I looked like we had joined the meeting. The host didn't recognize the librarian names so blocked her from the meeting. As a result, we were both blocked. I realized the mistake and signed out of the library account and signed back into my personal account. I was still blocked from the meeting. I logged in and out of zoom a few times, turned my computer off but nothing worked so I missed the meeting. Any advice on why this happened or how to prevent it?
