Hello everyone,I would like to know how to convert a .zoom file to mp4.It does not work through a double click.There's no document in the zoom bin.It does not even work through the zTscoder.Thank you in advance

Hey @brunacanada to convert your local recording : Sign in to the Zoom Desktop Client. Click the Meeting tab. Click the Recorded tab. Select the meeting topic with the local recording. Click Convert. You should see in the 'Recorded tab' open, which will open the folder with the recording. From there you should have a .mp4 and .m4a files
