I tried to host a meeting yestereday and contacts emailed me saying they could not get into the meeting using the zoom link I provided them - that was originated from my Google calendar and was posted in my list of meetings. They said they pressed the button to join and nothing happened or they got a message to wait for the host to let them in, but I never got a notification that anyone was in the waiting room. One person was finally able to get in after multiple tries over 10 minutes.
Why is this happening? And, how can I help them get into the meeting when this happens? I have another meeting scheduled next week, 3-2-25, and I don't want this to happen again.
In addition, I have another Zoom account through work and some of my invitees report the same problem. I work from home. Is there some setting on my computer that is causing this access issue?
Thanks! Jeanice
