Consolidating email addresses into one group

I schedule frequent meetings with the same group of 20+ people.  Can I somehow name that group so that I don't have to enter all email addresses each time?

Hello

I think one way you could go about streamlining your process would be if you are having a meeting with the same people you could schedule a recurring meeting with no fixed time that can be used/designated to your team to meet when needed. You can find out more about this feature here and how to use it: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0064248

You can also use a meeting that was previously used with that group again in the future. Say if you create a meeting with those users, and then the next week you wanted to meet again, you could inform them to use the same link for the previous week and reuse that meeting.

You can also create a meeting with a designated chat channel where meeting chats can occur inside and outside of the meeting. You can utilize this space to chat as well as meet at any time with the channel group.

I think there are a few options to explore depending on what you're end game is, and although it may seem like a decent amount of information above, I hope this helps and please make sure to mark the solution as accepted if this information is what you needed.

Thank you,

Jake

This looks like a great solution; however, I can't find where to designate "no fixed time". Thanks so much for your help.

The option is only available when scheduling through the web:

There is nothing below Time Zone that has a Recurring Meeting box.

Hello,

Please send a screenshot of your scheduling. This option should be available on the web.

Thank you,

Jake

Ihave spent about 45 minutes over the last few days trying to figure out how to take a screen shot and then trying to find my way back to where I could respond.  It is very difficult to find the place where I can respond to you; this is the first time I just fell into t he right place; could never repeat it.  I finally just went back to sending an invitation for each meeting and I just send it earlier to give everyone extra time to receive it.  I realize you are just an employee, but Zoom is not a friendly place to be if you are an individual without IT staff!  I consider this to be "resolved", although I will never use it.  Thank you for your efforts.

You could use a scheduling solution that saves the name of the attendees so you don't have to type them out each time. There are a few options including a Zoom app, Salepager, made for scheduling recurring Zoom meetings and inviting a consistent group of attendees.
