Connectin Microphone

I have a Yeti microphone, but when I try to use it,  it fails (no one hears me), or it doesn't record it. I tried to adjust it in settings, but still, nothing.  How can I connect an external microphone so my audio is better?

Thanks

Hello AnaClaudia

if you are using MS Windows and the device is recognized by the OS you should be able to see and select the device in you zoom client. This is the way how all devices no matter if it is a cam or audio device you should be able to select this on Zoom.
Are you able to see the device?

Let's be realistic. Let's do the impossible!

Thanks! I have an apple notebook

Let me know what type of Yeti Mic you are using, and maybe this one helps:

It's the blue. So I am forced to use a earphone connected to it?

It's the Blue Yeti. Is it mandatory to use an earphone plugged into the microphone to hear others? Most importantly, will they hear me?
