I have business account, but when I try to start two meeting at same time (desktop and web) it don’t let me do it. Why?

Hi @aydan95, welcome to Zoom Community! A single licensed Zoom user is usually limited to hosting a maximum of two concurrent meetings.
You must start the meetings on separate devices (e.g., desktop for one, phone for the other).
The Zoom desktop app cannot run two meetings simultaneously on the same computer, even if your account allows for two.
Alternatively, you can assign a different Licensed user as an Alternative Host to start the second meeting for you.
Hope this helps!
