Concurrent Meetings for Enterprise license

How many Concurrent Meetings can someone have?  I have heard mixed answers.  I talked to someone in support, and he said he could increase the limit from 2 to 10 without any change in plan or price.  I know that there is a Concurrent meeting Plus which is more money and has a limit of 20.  So can all my Zoom accounts be moved to 10 with any change of plan or price.  If not, why is the support line say we can?

    Hi @GeneC189 

    As noted in this support article: 

    Each Basic user and Licensed user on a Pro account is limited to hosting only 1 meeting at a time.

    Licensed users on Business, Education, and Enterprise accounts can host up to 2 meetings at the same time. 

     

    If you require hosting more than 2 meetings concurrently per user, please contact Sales. I am not sure what my colleague in Support was referring to.
