I was thinking like how our name is present on the zoom so to have company logo be stamped for all staff when zooming.  Does that make sense?

No. There is no way to make a permanent image of your logo show. The only thing that would come close to this is if you forced a virtual background to be used and limited it so users could not upload their own and had only the logo as an option. This however would only work for when cameras were shared. You could create a company policy that requires employees to use the company logo as their profile picture, but there is no way in Zoom to force this behavior.
