Cohost unable to enter the meeting

Hi 

 

I set up a meeting, registration required. And I added a co-host before the meeting started.

 

My problem is the co-host was not able to enter the meeting. He got a message stating 'cohost unable to register'. How was the co-host supposed to enter the meeting?

I am having the same thing happen to me. Does anyone have an answer?

Hi @singhpds25! Was the cohost logged into their account with the same email that you used to add them to the meeting? 

In my case the answer was yes.

Was this ever resolved, I am having the same problem, but I do not see a resolution response?

I am having the same problem. We are trying to run a training seminar for Zoom and the co-hosts are not getting in.

I had to remove their co-host permissions and the only way I could fix it was to ask my cohosts to register like everyone else. Once they are in the meeting, you can make them cohosts.
