Cloud storage exceeded - was the recording stored elsewhere

Hi everyone,

I didn't realise that our cloud storage had been exceeded when I started a meeting, and when I checked the meeting recording, it cut off after 2 minutes, rather than the full 2 hours. n

Do the recordings get stored anywhere else (e.g. centrally on Zoom's main cloud??) so that I can retrieve it?

Thanks for your help 🙂

Hi @bobbington ! Cloud recordings can begin if you have any available storage space, and the resulting recording can exceed your storage limit. However,  if you don't have any cloud storage available, you won't be able to begin the recording at all. Also, recordings don't get stored anywhere else.

Does this help?

Hello @Bri, I'm accessing the recording management and says I exceeded the limit. It's 775.08 GB(2,215% used) of 35 GB but it keeps recording, what's happening?
