Cloud recording

hello my english is so bad but i really need your help please

so this is my case

my institution have a room and give us a link for meeting and we should claim as a host to record the meeting but i make mistake, not like i always do to save the "record on my computer" but i "record that in zoom cloud" and then when i see my recording in my account there's no one omg i'm so panic rn, is it possible the recording my institution account or no?

Hi @snapshoot - There is a notification when a call is being recorded, have you heard the notification? And it's worth checking with your institution to confirm if they have the recording of that session. If you've checked with your institution and still the recording is not available please open a ticket to our Support Team.
