Cloud recording suddenly only 360p

I have a regular Zoom that I always record to the cloud. Normally, the downloaded videos are 720p, but the most recent one was only 360p. The only difference that I can think of is that I was unable to attend, but that shouldn't matter since it's recorded to the cloud anyway.

 

Very frustrating...

I have experienced that when I turn on HD for the camera, the resolution goes up.

It seems that sometimes the camera setting in the Workplace app will set the video resolution to 360p unless HD is enabled.

Hmm, maybe someone else managed to get the resolution set lower, since I wasn't able to join the meeting. However, I'm frequently not the first person to join this ongoing meeting, and this is the first time I recall the resolution getting set so low.

 

Something to keep an eye on, I guess...
